With the sad closure of the Rawcliffe Bridge Hotel the annual Rawcliffe and Rawcliffe Bridge Pride event needed a new home and thanks to the Rawcliffe Bridge Club we now have one!
So now the festivities can begin!
They kick off with a Pride Quiz on Sunday the 24th of May at the Rawcliffe Bridge Club at 7pm.
Then on Friday the 27th of May at 7pm, we will be raising the Pride flag on the Rawcliffe Village Green. The flag will fly proudly as a symbol of diversity within our community for a full week into June, which is Pride month across the UK.
Finally on the 30th of May it’s time to Celebrate Pride with a fun day starting at 3pm featuring face painting, a bouncy castle and food. Then from 9pm till late, there will be a disco so everyone can dance the night away!
All are welcome at all the above events. So come and celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community, it’s time to Party!
